Safety Leadership Coaching

Achieving a culture of safety starts with the leader. While every leader desires a safe workplace, it can be challenging to plot a course to create a culture of safety. HumanSafe can help to collaborate with leaders to develop a create and deploy a safety cultural roadmap where leadership “sets the tone” for what a culture of safety looks like.  Additionally, HumanSafe can work with those leaders to develop a personal action plan of how to lead by example.  The focus of this is to ensure the leader sets the tone through a clear plan reinforced by personal behaviors and consistent leadership and accountability for the team. Also, line managers and front-line supervisors are critical components. They must understand their roles and responsibilities and daily, weekly, and monthly actions that safety and compliance are clear expectations of the workforce.
